Dalian Zongyi Signed Capital Increase Agreement with Aerospace Peninsula
On February 9th, 2023, the signing ceremony of "Capital Increase Agreement" between Dalian Zongyi and Dalian Aerospace Peninsula Venture Capital Fund was successfully held on the 5th floor at the headquarter of Dalian Zongyi.
Zhang Dali, chairman of Dalian Zongyi, and Chang Yanzhou, chairman of Aerospace Peninsula, signed the "Capital Increase Agreement", which will boost
the listing process of Dalian Zongyi by the mutually complementary advantages.
